Concept Stage
Concept for a redevelopment of a Midtown Manhattan Hotel, originally designed by Architect Morris Lapidus, into two separate hotels operating within one building volume, under two separate hotel flag operators. The project proposes to re-clad an existing concrete structure with a contemporary façade that refreshes the site and provides value to the retail base and the hotel rooms themselves.
